Quick Description
The 3-pin power pins are made of copper alloy with high conductivity, and the current carrying capacity of a single pin can reach 15A, meeting the power supply needs of medium-power equipment; the 4-pin signal pins enhance anti-interference ability through differential signal design, adapting to scenarios such as sensor data collection and equipment status feedback. The pin spacing complies with industry standards, ensuring precise matching with PCB board pads and reducing welding errors.
The connector adopts a double waterproof structure of "housing sealing ring + pin sealing sleeve",and effectively block dust intrusion. The housing is made of UV-resistant reinforced PA66 material, which can still maintain structural stability in the low temperature of -40℃ and high temperature of 105℃, adapting to outdoor extreme working conditions such as heavy rain, sandstorm and high temperature.
The pins adopt an integrated stamping forming process, combined with gold plating (plating thickness ≥1.5μm), which effectively reduces the contact resistance to ≤5mΩ and reduces the risk of power loss and heat generation. The connector has a plug-in life of more than 10,000 times, and the board-end pins have excellent folding resistance, which can withstand slight vibrations and impacts during equipment transportation and installation, ensuring long-term use stability.
